REUNITED – The De Lanerolle Brothers Return with Two Evenings of Musical Magic
The De Lanerolle Brothers are set to fill the air with music once more as the much loved vocal duo returns for a heartfelt reunion — joined by the brilliant Soundarie David Rodrigo and the ever-versatile Neranjan De Silva.
Titled REUNITED – this special musical offering will take place over two consecutive evenings on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May, promising a blend of timeless melodies, unforgettable harmonies and the raw, unamplified voices that defines the De Lanerolle Brothers experience.
Each evening will take audiences on a distinct musical journey:
• Saturday, 3rd May will feature a collection of pop ballads from the 50s to the 80s sure to stir memories and touch your heart.
• Sunday, 4th May is dedicated to iconic highlights from some of the world’s best-loved musicals, offering a nostalgic and uplifting experience.
In a special addition, the Brothers will be joined for two finale pieces on each night by a combined choir of students and alumni from Ladies’ College (125 years), Bishop’s College (150 years), and S. Thomas’ College (175 years) — schools celebrating historic milestones this year.
“We’re incredibly excited to come together again — not just as performers, but as friends who’ve journeyed through and ministered together,” says Ishan De Lanerolle. “This concert is about more than nostalgia — it’s about unity, purpose, and a shared love for music that moves the soul.”
While the spotlight remains on the Brothers and their signature style, the choral collaboration offers a touching nod to legacy and community, bringing generations together in song.
The Brothers also extend heartfelt gratitude to their longstanding partners and sponsors, whose unwavering support through the years has helped bring their music to a different point. “We’re also thrilled to welcome new sponsors and partners onboard for this production,” Ishan adds.
