For The Love of Curd

Tired of eating curd with just sugar and honey? Try out this simple recipe for the ever so famous Mango Lassi! 

 

 

Ingredients 

1 cup of curd 
½ cup of milk 
1 cup of chopped mango 
4 tablespoons of sugar 
Pinch of salt 

Directions 

Put in all the ingredients and blend. (If you find it to be too thick add in some water and blend again.) 

It is the perfect cooling drink for this hot and dry weather and as mangoes are in season they are easy to find us well. Try it out and let us know your thoughts!
