Today on WTF we visit the Hilton Colombo Residences to be a part of the multi-cuisine restaurant ‘FLOW’. It's a place for an all-day dining experience, with an open kitchen concept. We took WTF to a Chef's Table Experience - it's a place reserved for VIPs and special guests. This is located within one of the three private dining rooms. The Chef's Table Experience involves a dedicated chef cooking and serving you. It’s perfect for a social gathering, a family event or even for business purposes. We wanted to bring you the full experience on our video of WTF.
It’s a very stylish space, so dressing your best and tasting the best goes hand in hand. And to add more frill to this gala experience, all the menus are available digitally. We were treated by Executive Chef Priyal Wijesuriya - who spoiled me and the WTF team to a fine five course meal. Here is the menu we tried out!

After this feast, I spoke to Karim Schadlou the General Manager of the Hilton Colombo Residences about the all new FLOW and what's unique about the Chef's Table. He said that menus are tailormade and customized according to the event. "We can have a breakfast meeting for corporate guests with a course menu to choose from, or it could be a family event for dinner when it’s a special occasion,” he explained.
Just last week the restaurant launched a Sunday brunch buffet. FLOW is definitely a family friendly place and promises cuisines from around the globe. One of the unique features of this restaurant is that it allows guests to watch their meals being prepared by chefs in the five open kitchens, and the ice cream kottu is a must try!
