Purpose of doing Zumba is not only reducing fat,,,
it helps us to be happy and enjoy our selves with music and gain more confidence..
as humans all of us have problems....
difference between doing exercises and doing Zumba is that, it helps to change your mood....

i think people don't know about Zumba and comment blindly. This is a dance fitness program which focuses on being fit while having fun and relieving stress. Its not like going to the gym or a swim which has its own pros and cons. i love the idea behind this program, good luck and keep evolving.
Dharshan and Thilini, You guys are doing a great job. We come to your class and we know how much it is fun and effecive. Gym is so boring and Zumba makes working out a fun thing to do. Just don't give a damn to what these crazy guys are posting. They don't know a rat's A*s about Zumba or how it makes all the ladies get their confidence in looking sexy and keeping up the curves.
We look forward to our Zumba Class and enjoy every minute of it, We have immense benefits; not only losing weight and shaping up, it helps mobility, flexibility and most of all stress relief and after a good work out feel de-tox. This is the way to go Dharshan and Thilini keep up your good work we are with you.
Some of the comments are really ignorant and ill-mannered (who thinks it's ok to call someone fat, in a public forum?). Zumba is one method of fitness and what Dharshan does is teach it really well, even better than some instructors abroad. Those who want to get fit by chopping wood are welcome to do so. You can also dance, go to the gym, go for a run, do Zumba etc. It's a matter of choice. You don't have to choose it but learn to respect other people's freedom to do so. Otherwise what's the poi
Every week we look forward to Dharshan's classes. Zumba is energetic and fun comparing to Gym which is boring. We want feel the time while shreding weight. Dharshan try to make every class active and fun. Most of us have experinced of loosing weight and happy to introduce this place to anybody.
There are many things people can do to loose weight and Zumba is one of them. No one can force people. They must know how to respect others freedom to choose.

Hey Dharshan and Thilini, I really love coming to ur Zumba classes. I agree its not for everyone, especially not for some of our stiff legged males!!! .
Also, Thilini can be classified fat if ur into anorexics!!!
