Zumba Fitness : Learn the Bachata!

Last week, for our first session, we introduced a routine called “Balada” which was a high cardio workout. 
 
Today, we are about to teach you the basic steps of a Dance Style called “Bachata”, which is actually a type of couple-dance; but used as a warm up here.

    sure! we use a lot of "Baila" Songs in our Turbo Abs Work-out focusing on the main problem areas; the abdominal area, thighs and arms.
