What ARE DROP SETS?
Drop sets are two or three of the same exercise repeated without rest. After each set, the weight is reduced.Whenyour muscle is already under fatigue after you finish a set, you perform another set with a lighter weight to push your muscle further.
Drop sets work deep into the muscle tissue to give you massive gains in size. Trust us, you will feel the burn afterwards.
