HELLOOO Everybody… Hope you enjoyed our choreography for the catchy tune of the Electro-Merengue song “CELLULAR”.  
 
So far you have been introduced to a variety of Latin Dance fusions including Salsa and Merengue, which is what ZUMBA is all about. 
 
According to experts, dancing doesn't just make you feel good. It can make you look good too. Any fast-moving exercise triggers the body's feel-good hormones, which means we feel relaxed and happy when dancing and are therefore more likely to keep it up; which means you keep burning all that extra fat all the while, without even realising how the time flew by!!
 
Although ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired dance work-out, you need not know how to dance in order to engage yourself in it. 
 
To prove that even further, we are introducing a Free-Style Routine which is more cardio oriented. 
 
Make your whole body sweat to the beats of ZOOMER!!!

STEP – 1 (BASIC)
 
 
 
1. Move your left foot to the left side while turning your body towards the right side with left hand in air as shown
2. Bring your feet together
3. Move your right foot to the right side while turning your body towards the left side with right hand in air as shown
4. Repeat these steps twice
 
 
5. Cross your left foot over the right and roll your hip (anticlockwise) twice
 
 

 

STEP – 2 (PUNCH DOWN)
 
 
 
1. Move left foot to the left side while punching downwards with your left hand
 
2. Repeat same with right hand while jumping
 
 
3. Repeat same with left hand, punching twice this time
 
 
 

 

STEP – 3 (JUMP)

 
 
1. Jump to the left side with feet apart as shown
 
2. Jump to the right side 
 
 
3. Do a body pump with hands in air
 
4. Repeat the step 4 times

With these extremely basic steps, you should be able to follow our routines without any trouble while having extreme fun throughout the song. 
 
Get ready to roll your hips, pump those abs and wiggle your booties in absolute craze!!
