Learn to dance to 'Zumba He Zumba Ha'

In our last segment we taught you the basic steps to “Bachata” which is also a very sensual couple dance and today, we have the choreography for a song called “ZUMBA HE ZUMBA HA”.

 
Dharshan is a U.S. Certified ZUMBA Fitness Instructor.
 
 
BASIC SET 1 
 
1. Start with feet together
 
2. Move to the left with left hand up in air
 
3. Move to the right with right hand in air
 
 
 
 
4. Move 2 steps to the left again with left hand in air
 
 
 
 
5. Move to the right with right hand in air
 
6. Move to the left with left hand in air
 
7. Move 2 steps to the right with right hand in air
 
 
 
 
BASIC SET 2 (Repeat same with both hands in air)
 
 
Here, once you learn the basic routine for the chorus, the rest is broken down into slow moves (4 counts) followed by the same move repeated at twice the speed (8 counts), all while dancing to the beat!! 
 
 
SPECIAL MOVES (slow counts of 4 and fast counts of 8)
 
 
 
 
1. Move right leg forward and back 
 
 
 
2. Cross left leg forward and back
 
 
 
 
 
3. Hip circles with hands in air moving in circular motion in both directions
 
 
 
4. Hand stretches from side to side
 
 
 
5. Upper body pumps

    she started at 103kg... lost 24kg in about 8 months. but unfortunately met with an accident because of which she couldn't engage in any form of exercise for about 3 months. so now she continues ZUMBA at 90 kg.
