-Chicken Wings/ Legs
-Honey
-Soy sauce
-Chilli sauce
-Lime
-Garlic and Ginger
-Cilantro
-Chives (Optional)
-Sesame seeds (Optional)
Instructions
In a bowl mix the soy sauce, chilli sauce, cilantro, ginger, garlic and lime juice.
Trim the chicken to look like lollipops and marinate in this mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Drain the chicken, and cook in butter for a minimum of 10 minutes before adding the honey.
Stir constantly and bring to boil. Once the chicken has turned a dark brown and is thickly coated with the honey, take it off the stove. (Finish off in the oven a further 15 minutes if you chose to use chicken legs instead of wings)
Serve with a salad of choice or even as a side dish for lunch!
