Veteran dramatist Sisil Gunasekara’s latest theatre production ‘Otunu’ featuring a popular star cast will be staged at the Dehiwela S. de S. Jayasinghe Hall on August 5 at 3.30 pm and 6.30 pm.

The play is an adaptation of Italian playwright Carlo Goldonis’ ‘The Venetian Twins’.

The cast includes Rodney Warnakula, Priyantha Seneviratne, Manisha Shyamali, Vishva Lanka and Ferni Roshini.

Dilka Samanmalee has written the lyrics while handling the costumes designing of the play for the first time.

The next show is scheduled for August 10 at the Panadura Summer Club. It is being organised by Lion Ajith Samarakoon.
