Award-winning filmmaker Bennet Ratnayake’s latest internationally acclaimed movie film ‘Ira Handa Yata’ (Under the Sun and Moon) will be telecast on Swarnavahini on April 21 at 10 pm.

 

The film conveys an important message to all, that the rays of the sun and the moon are common to all human beings irrespective of racial, religious and ethnic differences and that we are all an integral part of nature.

 

The cast includes Mahendra Perera, Palitha Silva, Chandani Seneviratne, Roger Seneviratne, Kaushalya Fernando, Damitha Abeyratne, Bimal Jayakody, Udara Rathnayake, Saumya Liyanage, Swineetha Weerasinghe, Veena Jayakody, Jagath Benaragama, Suminda Sirisena, Rangana Premaratne, Ajith Lokuge, Bennet Rathnayake, Sathischandra Edirisinghe, Kumara Thirimadura, Baghya Rathnayake, Nadaraja Sivam, Samanmalee Hewamanne, Dee. Ga. Somapala, Sampath Jayaweera, Darshan Dharmaraj,  Sheryl Decker and Dharshani Tasha.

 

Meanwhile, Uththara directed by Sandun Rajakaruna will be telecast at 10 pm on April 20.
