The Recreation Club of B.D.O. Partners in association with Annesley Malawana will present a grand musical show titled Hits of 70s on August 4 at the Ananda College Kularatne Hall in Colombo starting at 7 pm.

The 70s concept is the brainchild of Annesley Malawana who presented the first STARS OF THE 70s show in 1997 at the St. Joseph's College Auditorium to a record crowd of over 3000 people. Since then Annesley never looked back and continued to present STARS OF 70S every year to packed audiences. He has taken this show to Canada and most recently to Australia where the response had been great.

Although STARS OF 70s is confined only to Group Songs, HITS OF 70s which is organized by the Recreation Club of B.D. O. Partners will feature a mix of Artistes of 70s and 80s. The Artistes performing for the Show on August 4 would be Annesley Malawana, Anil Bhareti, Dalreen Suby, Mariazelle Gunetileke, Errol Fernando, Keerthi Pasqual and Christine Fernando.

Musical backing for all artistes will be provided by Annesley & Super Chimes and the Dance acts by the Pradeepa Ariyawansa Dance Troupe.

Evergreen and ever popular Vijaya Corea will be the MC.

70s fans will be treated to a fun-filled evening of Music, Song and Dance.
