Whether you are in great shape or out of shape, the Body by Kris 6 week fitness plan lets you take a break from your regular routine and start over. Each week we will give you a fitness plan with plain yet powerful exercises to gradually increase your overall fitness and strength.

All you have to do is show up to the gym 3-4 times/week over the next 6 weeks and follow the plan.


WEEK ONE GOALS


To condition your body & improve your overall level of fitness

To initiate your body and mind into a regular exercise pattern

To learn the fundamentals techniques of correct exercise

DAY ONE 

Cardio  - (e.g.Treadmill)

Cardio - (e.g. Rower)

Full Body Stretches    10mins

10mins each

Hold each stretch for 10s     

DAY TWO Flat barbell bench press
one arm row
squats
straight bar curls  
1-2 sets of 15reps of each exercise   
DAY THREE Leg curl
Upright row
Tricep extension
Lower back extension  
1-2 sets of 15reps of each exercise

 


Use comfortable levels of resistance for cardio and strength training.
