Why do you love travel?
For the adventure of course and it also makes one open oneself to many things and lets you discover who you are.
Your favourite travel destination and why?
From the places I have been to, I think I was in awe with Egypt. The monuments. From the pyramids, the Luxor Temple, King Tutankhamun’s tomb and the Nile cruise were a breathtaking experience.
What do you need for a perfect holiday?
Good company, flexibility and common sense and it should never be a rushed holiday.
In which country have you felt most at home?
None actually, but if I were to state one it would be ‘relatively’ a biased answer, pun intended which would be Dubai and Australia.
Most unusual souvenir you have brought home?
Nothing unusual but my favourite was the must have Venetian mask and a Papyrus painting. I was actually lucky to have been able to watch the making of the Papyrus paper.
Worst holiday or travel experience?
It would be Kerala, but I wouldn’t say it was the worst travel experience. I travelled with two friends so we did enjoy ourselves but I think we could have gotten more out of the trip.
Best piece of travel advice?
Get lost on purpose!!! Just kidding but I think it would be fun... have enough knowledge of your destination prior to travel and plenty of patience.
Your top five travel destinations?
Don’t think I could contain it to five, but I would definitely love to travel to New York and hoping my love for country music would eventually take me to Nashville. Hawaii, Morocco, Paris and Greece.
What has travel taught you?
Try anything at least once!
Which country did you taste the best ever cuisine?
Japan as it is notoriously nutritious.
Next travel destination?
Hopefully to Australia to visit family.
