views 411The Hilton Colombo is presenting their International Hummus Festival for the 2nd consecutive year in the form of an extravagant, mouth-watering international Ramadan dinner buffet at Graze Kitchen, which will be taking place from the 23rd of March to 20th of April 2023.
In addition to the array of special break-fast items offered through the international buffet, the hotel is showcasing 6 varieties of authentic hummus consisting the Plain, Cashew, Minced Beef, Sun Dried Tomatoe, Pumpkin and Cinnamon Hummus along with the special introduction of the hotel’s special sweet ‘Chocolate and Coffee Hummus.’

The International buffet features a wide range of cuisine from all around the world including the non-traditional and traditional Sri Lankan corner, the expanded Middle Eastern cuisine range along with the specialised Shawarma corner, the Indian corner with both veg and non-veg options, the Japanese and Western sections. The buffet is also accompanied with an eye-catching and mouth-watering array of desserts, mocktails and cocktails.
The festival will consist of two sittings, starting at 06.30pm running till 09.00pm, and a second sitting from 09.00pm till 11.00pm with the starting price per person beginning at Rs 7,188 nett.
