Fashion's winners... and losers! Zoe Saldana strikes out in as peekaboo dress as Emma Watson and Snooki shine bright at the MTV Movie Awards

Daring: Zoe Saldana easily won for the sexiest thigh split with a floral and black lace dress

Zoe Saldana's flair for daring fashion choices struck out as she walked the red carpet at the 2103 MTV Movie Awards in Culver City, California on Sunday.

Ke$ha solidified herself as the queen of the worst dressed lists, as her 90's inspired outfit hit all the worst trends from the decade.

Top of the bottom: Ke$ha's 90s look mixed the worst trends of the decade

Her sheer white lace trousers drew unwanted attention to her lavender granny panties, while her black fringe vest and matching wide brimmed hat looked better suited for the Coachella Valley Music Festival raging on 100 miles away.

And her white crimped hair, black lipstick and heavy racoon-eye makeup wouldn't have been approved of even by the biggest goth fans on the era.

Unmatched: Macklemore rides high off his popular tune Thriftshop as he pairs a cape with a royal blue suit and a leather tie

But the biggest letdown of the night was Zoe Saldana, whose lace cut out and high slit Givency dress fit all the wrong places on her slender flame.

Another wacky choice came from rapper Macklemore. The Thriftshop singer could have made the dapper dressed list if he would have stuck to his  bright royal blue suit and black leather tie. But he then covered it all up in a feather print and gold trimmed cape that would remind and Disney fan of the Beast himself.

Butt of the jokes: Hana Mae Lee wore a bizarre cigarette hat

Hana Mae Lee had the right idea with her figure-hugging cut-out frock. The Pitch Perfect star was anything but sexy -- capping of her black ensemble with a hat designed like a cigarette butt.

The neutral-toned accent certainly stood out from her monochrome black ensemble consisting of a long-sleeved, skintight dress that hit right below her knees and a pair of strappy, pointed-toe heels.

Strange stripes: Paramore singer Haley Williams and Kylie Minogue struck out in stripey getups

Eye catching: Jenni 'JWOWW' Farley put her ample assets on display in a body clinging silver mermaid dress

Putting on a serious pout for the camera, the Pitch Perfect star attempted to look fierce, but all eyes focused on her silly hat.

Revealing the creators of the fashion faux pas, the actress tweeted: 'Redcarpet with He-Ha head art by #alainlafaille, dress by @MARCOSQUARED #MovieAwards @MTV.'

Going for gold: Selena Gomez

While they are not expected to step out in the same calibre as the Oscars and other industry film awards, stars from Kim Kardashian to Emma Watson brought their A-game.

Winner: Emma Watson appropriately took home a golden popcorn for the MTV Trailblazer Award

Kim Kardashian finally hit the mark as she flattered her baby bump in a Saint Laurent dress elongated her frame with daring batwing sleeves.

Her youngest sibling Kylie Jenner also cut a stylish figure as she posed alongside her in a classic bone white pencil skirt and matching crop top.

Runs in the family: Kim was joined by her equally glamorous younger sibling Kylie Jenner

Almost there: Karlie Kloss (left) and Brittany Snow both failed to leave a mark in their futuristic attire

Django Unchained star Kerry Washington seemed to divide the critics with her black and yellow Michael Kors dress.

While her long sleeves seemed sensible for the chilly spring weather, the crepe finish drew comparisons to a pair of garishly bright bedroom drapes.

Bold: Kerry Washington made quite the statement in a blaring yellow Michael Kors dress

The ladies weren't the only ones making a fashion mark at Sunday's award show. Star Trek's Zachary Quinto looked ready for the runway in a superbly tailored DSquared single button powder blue suit.

Trainers: Will Ferrell opted for trainers

Sneak peak: Zachary Quinto will be unveiling an exclusive trailer for the upcoming Star Trek sequel
