The Souq, Colombo's newest lifestyle store, located besides the former Villasitha Nivasa with access from both Maya Avenue and Havelock Road, is placed strategically for the convenience of shopping enthusiasts from Colombo and the suburbs.

   
The Souq is designed to bring the Arabian shopping experience to Sri Lanka, with home decor, clothing, accessories, Arabian perfumes and scents, bedding, shoes and handbags such as MINTZ for which the Souq are the main dealers. The store also features some well-known establishments in Sri Lanka such as Head Turners - Salon and Spa, Sugarland and LilOrbits- a US franchised donut chain.

Speaking at the launch of the store the Managing Director Cabeela Anver commented " We are over whelmed by the interest Sri Lankans have shown  for shopping in the Middle East. So now they can be overwhelmed by what we have bought down for them and indulge the Arabian experience at the Souq, indeed”.
