Sparklers Light up ‘Love Christmas’ at Cotton Collection

In keeping with Cotton Collection’s ‘Love Christmas’ campaign that is inspired by the joy of spreading love, The Cotton Collection flagship held a unique activation that captured carefree moments of light, love, family and celebration.

The main event brought together children and adults alike, providing them with a chance to enjoy the warm feelings and excitement that herald the season. Customers were encouraged to get in to the festive spirit by creating messages and Christmas symbols with sparklers. Photographers’ utilised a system called ‘open shutter photography’ to capture the movements of light from the sparklers as though frozen in time. Some involved their friends and other customers to spell out the names of loved ones and messages; others opted for festive symbols like stars and Christmas trees.

The customers were able to view their own Christmas memento on a tablet and photos were then posted on Facebook for customers to tag, like and share. The Flagship Store was abuzz with those who came to shop and dine, and were treated to an once-in-a-lifetime experience by Cotton Collection.
