A plate of succulent spareribs whilst sipping on your favourite drink could be a welcoming treat! Hilton Colombo’s colonial style pub; the Echelon, will be dishing out a Sparerib promotion for one month from 15th August.

An assortment of spareribs glazed generously with delicious toppings will be available during this promotion with varieties of flavorsome sauces and accompaniments. BBQ marinated pork spareribs with home-made Cajun fried potato wedges and bbq sauce, braised Australian beef short loin ribs with shallot red wine sauce and buttered mash potato or the Thai style honey glazed pork ribs and sesame dipping served with egg fried rice with vegetables are just a few dishes that will be available during the  promotion.
