This month too, the British Council will host their story time session on the 10th of May 2014 from 4.00p.m. to 5.00p.m. The story telling sessions are open to members and non-members from the tender ages of 4 to 8 years. May is the universal month in which Mothers are celebrated worldwide, and because of that the British Council library took the initiative to make this session a little more significant not only for the children but also for their mothers and guardians. The library team sees this special day as the perfect opportunity to get young children to honour the most important people with everyday greatness through the form of a fun and creative interactive story.
The story for this session will be based on the bond between a mother and her child, and the participating children will be able to make their mothers a small memorable and personalised surprise.
Come join the British Council library in making this year’s Mother’s Day a memorable day for not only your child, but for you too, by reserving a spot for your child in this month’s Story Time session.
The library will also be having a book corner, where a specially selected collection will feature with a Mother’s Day theme. The British Council library warmly invites you to be a part of the Mother’s Day celebrations on 10 May 2014.
