Kerala Food Promotion at Galadari

The Galadari Hotel is gearing up to host a fantastic promotion depicting the true taste of Kerala cuisine. This special promotion takes place from 17th to 23rd March 2014 from 12 noon to 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm at the Flavors restaurant. We invite you relish a gastronomic journey into Kerala cuisine where in which a multitude of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes will be prepared using fish, poultry and red meat. Kerala food contains coconut milk, oil and paste in almost all of its food preparations and is known for its light flavours and mild spice content.

The Flavors restaurant has lined up a delicious selection of dishes ranging from starters including ‘Meen Fry’ a spicy deep fry as well as a choice of soups and salads. Soup choices include a tomato and lentil based soup and mutton soup. The promotion brings to life a fabulous choice of main courses which include black pepper flavoured mutton and exciting staples such as ‘Kerala Parotha and Chapathi’ to a collection of rice dishes. Adding more zing to the promotion is the tempting range of desserts including ‘Kulfi’ and ‘Rose Kesari'.
In addition to this, an exciting range of desserts will add the finishing touches to this flavourful food adventure. The Galadari therefore offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity for all foodies to indulge in the true taste of Kerala cuisine.
