The Galadari Hotel will be celebrating 30 years of excellence in the hospitality industry in grand style on 06th October 2014. The hotel has dedicated an entire month of surprisesprior to the big day with many food and beverage promotions kicking off in the month of September.

The Galadari Hotel therefore invites you to be a part of this very special festivity. Setting off the fireworks the Café 64 is offering a sensational Anniversary Cake from 01st to 30th September from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.The cake itself is a layered wonder comprising of a crunchy base which includes a combination of milk chocolate and crispy cornflakes. The other layers include a soft cake layer of chocolate devil, milk chocolate mousse cake and nugartine and white chocolate mousse. The entire cake itself is covered with yummy milk chocolate ganache. This rich chocolaty sensation is a cruel sweet-toothed delight that will melt in your mouth and a creation by Chef Pradeep Fonseka.
The Coffee Shop is heating up the party mood with an exceptional extravagant Anniversary Countdown Dinner Buffet commencing 07th to 30th September 2014, 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm. This lavish anniversary dinner is ideal to enjoy with friends and family.

The California Grill will role out an elegant dining experience where a choice of its signature dishes will be offered from 07th to 30th September 2014. Commenting on this delightful dining experience Sous Chef Anushan Perera said, “We will serve up our most popular dishes which have become synonymous with the California Grill. These include our popular seafood dishes and stakes.Also in store is a mouthwatering range of desserts which include our raspberry cheesecake and walnut batter fried lychee and much more”.
