How and when did you adopt training and a healthy lifestyle? 
 
I started working out properly two years ago when my weight was 63 kg.
 
 
How do you stay motivated? 
 
I'm motivated to be better than I was the day before. The need to achieve my goal keeps me going.
 
 
What does your diet consist of? 
 
Basically I'm on a high protein diet. My sources of protein consists of Whey protein, egg whites, Meats etc. Further I try to control the intake of junk food and Sweets.
 
I believe that if you workout for more than 3 days a week, whey protein, green tea and lots of water will help you go the distance and keep you healthy.
 
 
Top 3 favourite exercises?
 
Pull Ups & Dead Lifts.
 
 
Do you like to listen to music whilst you train/exercise?
 
Yes. Good music always motivates me.
 
 
What is your training routine like? 
 
I train a minimum of 3 days per week. On each day I have a seperate schedule for different muscle groups.
 
 
Have you had any setbacks in achieving your goal?
 
Yes. Sometimes due to exams and other work related matter I used to miss gym from time to time. When your rhythm is broken it’s hard to get back in to it.
 
 
How do you measure your progress? 
 
I measure my progress from my weight, the weights I lift and of course the mirror.
 
 
Who are your favourite fitness models/athletes/idols? 
 
Greg Plitt, Zyzz & Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
