The French Spring Festival in Sri Lanka which will be held from June 4 to July 14 will feature a variety of events around Sri Lanka. Fete de La Musique was one of those events which showcased a fusion of performances from different age groups. As such from tiny tots to veteran bands such as Naadro, stole the night away.
The night was made even more glamorous by the performances of Pride Unit, students of MusicMatters, Drill Team, Billy Fernando & group, Paranoid Earthling and Ravibandhu & group.
While enjoying the performances, a few music lovers also shared their views with Daily Mirror Life:
Sampath
“There are participants from all ages and I think they have got some amazing talents.”
Wathsara
“I’m an ex-Alliance student and I love to see the talents of these amateur performers. They are just brilliant.”

“I have been to previous shows as well. I think they have got some brilliant talents and it’s nice to see local and international talent here on one stage.”

“It’s one of the best experiences one can get. I am in the organising committee and this is an event where everyone can enjoy.”

“Their talents are amazing and i think it will be a good experience for them to perform at an event like this.”
The French Spring Festival 2015 will also feature events such as book launches, visual art workshops, couture exhibitions and many more exciting events.
