A fun filled Easter brunch at Waters Edge

Easter Sunday was something truly special at Waters Edge. With the Easter Bunny arriving in a seaplane to a number of fun games for the little ones, and not forgetting the delicious spread laid out by the skilled chefs at the various restaurants at Waters Edge. The place was buzzing from around 11am with a number of fun games and face painting for the little ones. But for us adults, there was so much food to choose from, from amazing starters to the freshest of sushi and sashimi and delicious Italian and Indian cuisine. The dessert corner was endless too with cakes and hot cross buns, ice cream sundaes... the list was endless! We hardly dug into the fine array of food laid out for brunch and were stuffed  The highlight for the little ones was seeing the Easter Bunny arrive on a sea plane carrying Easter eggs.
