In celebration of four years of unrivalled and momentous music and success, Rohan and Ishan, the De Lanerolle Brothers took to the stage at their annual concert with a brand new repertoire.
Two voices blending in so well, with a unique knack for entertainment, the Brothers gave a truly memorable performance on Saturday, the 3rd of March at Water’s Edge, Battaramulla. Lined up was a fresh repertoire for this sit down dinner show, and what’s more it incorporated guest requests as well. Needless to say, the brothers were eager to give the audience a fab time that will be edged in their memories for long!
Being natural performers, keeping the audiences engaged and enthralled came easy and they did it in grand style and unmatched level of class all over again this weekend. Your favourites and mine were sung, and count everyone there to have joined in the singing!
The Brothers brought the tunes to life, reliving hits from bygone eras and their enthusiasm on stage was contagious that you found the most unsuspecting members of audience moving along and thoroughly enjoying themselves. The brothers are genuine maestros of our time, and I would do little by saying the show on Saturday 3rd was nothing short of brilliant!
All the details were taken perfect care of. Be it the lighting, costuming, or the enjoyable compering by Ashok Ferrey, the show was a holistic indulgence and you saw only broadly smiling ad satisfied faces leave the Grand Ballroom that night. Kudos to the De Lanerolle brothers on another benchmark show, which would yet set new standards for magnificence in a show.
