The Caviar & Oyster Brunch at the Kingsbury is really something you must experience. It is the ideal way to relax with your family on a quiet Sunday afternoon.

After having served two full plates of fresh sushi and sashimi laced with wasabi and soy – I was on my way to gastronomic heaven! There were also a number of fresh salads to choose from with toppings like bacon, fresh tomatoes, croutons, cold meats and crispy lettuce as well as a number of light and creamy dressings to compliment these.

I just could not resist having some of the delicious cheeses on offer. With some salted crackers, olives and dried apricots, the cheese section alone would have been satisfying as far as I was concerned. But if you have more room in your tummy than I did, there is far more to choose from like pastas and grilled meats and even a rice and rottis.

The dessert corner also has a large choice for those of you who have an ardent sweet tooth. They range from ice cream, Apple Crumble, Cheesecake, Soufflés, Jelly, Chocolate Brownies even a chocolate fountain where you can dip some marshmallows or fresh fruit – A decadently sinful chocolate treat it is! But if you’d like to be a little less sinful, then go for their platter of fresh fruit which includes tropical fruits like guava, papaya and watermelon or even apple, strawberries and grapes.

The Brunch deal at the hotel also provides child care personnel who can be in charge of your little ones thus giving you the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy your Sunday Brunch experience. The package also offers free usage of the pool during Brunch for guests and patrons.
