Marvel’s anticipated movie Antman premiered a few days ago at the Savoy Theatre. Presented by Efm the evening was full of action and good comic relief. Paul Rudd does a fantastic job along with Michael Douglas and Evangline Lilly.

The balance of the movie seems to be just about right by leaving the the silly moment and not dwelling on it for too long, the plot feels high-stakes and the characters are quite believable. The directors certainly have done a good job with a lot of creative ideas making the entire movie a fun cinematic experience.

Without spoiling it too much, The plot revolves around ex-con Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), who is jailed for a anti-corporate crime, now struggling to hold down a job and reconnect with his estranged daughter.

Breaking into the home of anti-tech originator Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), Scott purloins a suit that shrinks his body but magnifies his strength, making him the perfect weapon for an insect-fuelled raid on the laboratories of corporate creep Darren Cross.
