The latest seasonal promotion is the culmination of their tireless efforts, resulting in the 3-course Thanksgiving dinner that will embody the sophistication and calibre that London Grill is renowned for. With 30 years of experience in the industry, Chef Kapila has extensive knowledge of the nuances of every ingredient and its specific flavour profiles. He's also well-versed in molecular gastronomy, a movement that combines physics and chemistry to transform the tastes and textures of food, resulting in avant-garde dining experiences.
Combining intimate knowledge of ingredients and multiple cuisines, and incorporating science and new techniques in the preparation, transformation and artistic presentation acquired over two decades in his cooking, Chef Kapila persistently explores avenues to provide diners with memorable experiences.

Kicking off the festive season with the Thanksgiving dinner, the 3-course meal promises to be an intimate affair with live piano music and delicious, artistically presented food. Every ingredient used has very unique properties, so every pairing is a mindful addition to enhance the flavour and texture, ensuring that every bite is exhilarating. The team has gone to every length to ensure that the integrity and quality of the ingredients are not compromised, ensuring that patrons will enjoy the exceptional food that London Grill is renowned for. The aim is for each component to complement, instead of overpower.
The 3-course meal will commence with a Thanksgiving salad featuring butternut squash walnut, lettuce, green beans, baby beetroot, Brussels sprout salad, honey balsamic glaze dressing, spinach and artichoke dip. The main course will comprise Roasted Tom Turkey - ultra crispy roasted turkey, braised Brussels sprouts, green bean casserole, croc pot mac and cheese, creamy garlic mash, and honey-glazed carrots. Dessert is Traditional Christmas pudding. A special tasting menu was prepared, and without a doubt, Chef Kapila walks his talk. Intense and subtle flavours were well paired, resulting in every bite being utterly delicious. The turkey was perfectly cooked, and the accompaniments all tasted excellent! Each course was beautifully presented with good portion sizes.
