I apologize to all vegetarians of the nation, and all will be rectified today with this incredible delectable dish made just for yourselves. Now for any carnivorous readers, please do not disregard, you can if utterly vexed add some shredded meat of choice, all is not lost and you do not have to rush to order pizza. Please give the vegetables a chance! Yes, there are vegetables and my children have screamed in horror, but whether they be green, orange or yellow it is definitely an extremely delicious dish to be tried by one and all. Also it is Mother's Day around the corner, please humour your mothers and eat your vegetables. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Chopped broccoli
- Chopped bell pepper
- Sliced onions
- Sliced carrots
- Cherry tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- Packet of cream cheese
- Some shredded cheese of choice
- Cup of Parmesan cheese
- Cup of milk
- Chopped garlic, three cloves
- Half cooked spaghetti
- Cup of shredded mozzarella
Method
In a baking tray lay out all your vegetables and toss in salt, pepper and olive oil and bake until slightly roasted. 10 to 15 minutes should be fine, do not burn them. In a separate bowl, add eggs and whisk, to this add your cream cheese, and grated cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and garlic. Give it all a good stir. To this mixture, add your half cooked spaghetti followed by oven roasted vegetables. Once mixed in, put into a pie dish, top with some shredded mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
