Popular and well loved Good Market regulars, Far East Indonesian Cuisine, recently moved to a new location at 372, Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2, where they will continue to serve their hearty food to their loyal fans 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.

The opening was graced by a gathering that included the wife of Indonesian ambassador to Sri Lanka, Mrs. Tity Kusreny Harimawan who was also the chief guest, as well as family, friends and an abundance of well wishers.

Sharing her thoughts on their new location, Nani De Silva, proprietor of Far East said "From what started as a hobby at the Good Market has now turned into a family owned business and I am truly thrilled. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication and most importantly I have the love and support of my loving family and friends who have kept me motivated throughout so I would like to thank them. Now I can share my love for cooking with more people who have an appreciation for homemade Indonesian food which is honestly the best part of what I do".

In addition to favourites from their Good Market stall, the new location has an improved and more extensive menu, and although their focus at the moment is lunch hour, they do accept pre orders for dinner orders as well.
