Yes I do adore my melting mounds of chocolate filled goodness and gladness but give me a fish pastry and I'm in a different kinda foodie heaven as well. So the excitement was beyond me when I discovered this incredible sandwich disguised as a bake. Confused, not to worry dear reader all your foodie queries will be answered. Get your appetite ready let's get started. Originally called the Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwich, this delectable dish has its roots in the good old USA, but I have accommodated to our tastebuds and it still is incredibly delicious. Yes, it's called a sandwich, but can also pass as a dinnertime bake, with a side salad or vegetables. Simple, delicious and nutritious, my kind of family meal.
