The biggest heart-breakers – men or women?

Mayun - Personally I think girls, especially the beautiful ones get away with almost anything. So they get away with heartbreak easily, thus the biggest. Plus there's like a billion songs written by about a million men about it!

Hasara - Both I guess. You can't really pick one, because if you do, it makes you sexist I guess. It depends on the person.

Sandun - Who breaks hearts? Women do. There's no argument about that. But I don't blame them. Most guys have no idea what a woman wants or even what their role is, as a man, in a relationship. Taking more time to understand that would mean less heartbreak from women.

Emaad - I think that women are the bigger culprits, so to speak. That goes with saying that the guys deal their share of heartbreaks as well, though, I would say that the females are more often 'guilty', because some think that they get a 'free pass' especially when being overly emotional.

Hashini – “It’s a man’s world, and it always will be”. The modern economic is a male epic, in which women have found a productive – but women were not its author. Sometimes a woman may ask, “Where have the good men gone?” They have gone nowhere I suppose, it's just that the gender has taken a small twist! Today, most men are defined and identified as to being big time players and womanizers. It is very rarely that you’ll find a man who’ll settle down with one woman. In conclusion, I would like to mention that not all men are the same but maybe 95% are the type I’ve mentioned above. Sadly I consider men to being the biggest heartbreakers of all time!

Rebekah – Hmm…You can’t really say who the biggest heartbreaker is. It’s usually determined by the type of person and his/her views on romantic relationships, not gender.

Roma – Both have different ways of dealing with it and then there are ways of heart-break. I think that men are bigger heartbreakers because there are more reasons for them to hurt a woman.

Nikeshi – Breaking hearts and having broken hearts cannot be specified biased to a certain gender. I have been in both shoes, and so have people I know. But come to think of it, women tend to more often be the heart broken ones whereas the men be the heart breakers because of biological differences. Perhaps the sense of vulnerability or even the most common emotional phases women go through. Even when things end with mutual understanding.
