Master the masturbation
Well this one is a little unorthodox but quite a few sexperts swear by it so I figured I should list it down. The concept is simple, if you think of sex as the big game then masturbation is the practice session leading up to it, so in simple terms if you want to last longer in bed you need to last longer when you masturbate, which is fairly easy to achieve considering you’re in full control of pace and pressure. The general recommendation is to start with a 15 minute timer and move upwards from there.
Head squeeze
This is another quick fix and something that makes sense when you think about it. The advice is to pull out and squeeze the head of the penis whenever you’re nearing an early ejaculation. The principle is that the blood circulation to the head of the penis is severed when you squeeze it hence delaying the ejaculation.
The mind game
This isn’t recommended for beginners as it stems from an advanced technique that appears in Tantric manuals. The trick is to understand that sex comprises of four emotional phases which broadly categorizes as excitement, plateau, orgasm and resolution.
Each is a higher level of excitement when compared to the phase that leads up to it except in the case of the resolution phase. The trick is to maintain the plateau phase for a longer period of time by maintaining the level of excitement.
The press
Fun fact; the penis is actually sensitive all the way through its full length and the more nerve endings stimulated, the faster ejaculation will occur. One of the easiest ways to delay an orgasm is by stimulating as less of the penis as possible.
An example of reduced stimulation is to stop the conventional thrusting motion and press shallow strokes which penetrate only about 2 to 3 inches, thus reducing the area of stimulation.

Ladies first, always, the best way to take away the brunt of performance anxiety which lends itself to PE is to get her to orgasm first either through oral or fingering techniques. The psychological release from the pressure to get her off will help reduce the performance anxiety.
Second coming
Men almost always perform better if and when they go on a second round. This means two things, either go for two rounds with your partner or masturbate prior to the encounter and go longer with your partner, whichever method you choose to stick to, the results will be dramatically improved.
Stop visualizing
The area of the brain responsible for triggering orgasm is engaged whether you're trying to have one or halt one. The more attention you give it, the more likely it is to arrive. Focus on what's happening now instead of what you want to put off for later.
