Today I speak about suiting up. If you know me, I’m a big fan of getting a well fitted suit and it’s gives so much of confidence. It’s my life life jacked, in our little island home. I’m so happy to have worked with some amazing personalities who have crafted master pieces on those same lines I spoke about ~ Suit By Embellir which is located at Colombo City Center and here is their journey. 

1. What made you start an exclusive brand? Do you feel there is a space for another brand in this county?  I started this exclusive brand because I wanted to create something unique and special that reflects my vision and values. I believe that there is always room for another brand in any market, as long as it offers something different and valuable to customers. By focusing on quality, innovation, and customer experience, I am confident that my brand can find its place and thrive in this county.
 
2. What made you take up Men's wear, as many don’t make it their no 1 choice? I chose to focus on men's wear because I saw an opportunity to bring a freshperspective and unique style to this market. While some may not prioritize men's wear as their number one choice, I believe that there is a growing demand for high-quality, stylish clothing for men. By offering well-crafted designs, attention to detail, and a focus on modern trends, I aim to cater to the needs and preferences of the modern man who values both style and quality in his wardrobe.
 
3. What are the looks you work on mostly? I specialize in bespoke tailoring for both men and women, creating custom suits that are tailored to each individual's unique style and preferences. When it comes to the looks I work on mostly, I focus on timeless elegance with a modern twist. For men, I often work on classic tailored suits with a contemporary edge, incorporating subtle details and luxurious fabrics to create a sophisticated and polished look. For women, I enjoy creating tailored suits that exude power and confidence, with a focus on flattering silhouettes and impeccable craftsmanship. Overall, my goal is to create looks that are not only stylish and fashionable but also perfectly tailored to enhance the individual's personal style and confidence.

4. The cut is what makes a suit stand out, how do you ensure that you get that perfect fit? Achieving the perfect fit in a bespoke suit relies on meticulous measurements and skilled craftsmanship. Our Master Tailors begin by taking precise measurements of your body, accounting for nuances like posture and body shape. These measurements serve as the blueprint for crafting a suit that contours to your body comfortably and elegantly. Throughout the tailoring process, adjustments are made based on fittings to ensure every detail aligns with your preferences and enhances your silhouette.

 
5. How would you describe your working style? At our bespoke tailor studio, our working style is defined by meticulous attention to detail and a deep commitment to craftsmanship. We prioritize a collaborative approach with our clients, beginning with an in-depth consultation to understand their unique style preferences and requirements. We then meticulously measure and assess every aspect of the client's physique to ensure a precise fit. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication and invite clients for fittings to ensure every detail meets their expectations. Our goal is to create not just a suit, but a piece of art.

In bespoke tailoring, we provide a range of customizable features including fabric selection, style options, personalized measurements, unique detailing, buttons, linings and individualized fittings to ensure a perfect and personalized garment that reflects your style and preferences.

8. What is the process of your made to measure stitching? We specialize in bespoke tailoring rather than made-to-measure stitching. With bespoke tailoring, each garment is meticulously crafted from scratch based on your unique measurements and preferences, ensuring a truly personalized and one-of-a-kind piece that is tailored specifically for you.
 
9. What according to you is your favorite part of being In this industry? My favorite part of being in the bespoke tailoring industry is the opportunity to work closely with clients to bring their sartorial visions to life. I love the creative process of designing and crafting unique garments that perfectly fit and reflect the individual style and personality of each client. The satisfaction of seeing a client look and feel their best in a custom-made piece that was made just for them is truly rewarding and fuels my passion for this craft.
