Star sisters in cemetery: Popular star sisters Seshadri and Dinakshi Priyasad were spending most of their time at the Thalahena cemetery last week. But it was later realized that they were shooting for a horror film in Sri Lanka. The film titled ‘ZOOM’ with a blend of romance is directed by Sameera Wackwella.

 

 

 

Uresha ready to sing lullabies: Award-winning songstress Uresha Ravihari became a mum last week when she gave birth to a cute baby boy on February 11. So, she is now ready to hum lullabies.

 

 

 

Rocky music for Jothi: Popular music director M. K. Rocksamy also composed a large number of famous songs for legendary singer H. R. Jothipala whose 77th birth anniversary fell last week.

Rocky always had loads of faith in Jothi and also Angeline who together mesmerized filmgoers for decades.

 

 

Sonu Nigam sings to Bathiya-Santhush tune: India's leading playback singer Sonu Nigam has sung a song for the soon to be released Hindi dubbed version of the Japanese animation film THE MYSTICAL LAWS. The music for the song has been composed by the popular Sri Lankan music duo Bathiya and Santhush. The song titled 'Aa chale' was recorded in a studio in Mumbai last week.

 

 

The song which has an upbeat and a commercial feel to it, however talks about how the world will be a far safer and better place if we all learn to stay united. This is the first song composed by the Sri Lankan duo which will have a full scale release in India.

THE MYSTICAL LAWS is all set for a theatrical release in March and has been dubbed in Hindi as well to cater to a wider audience. The film has been produced by IRH Press Co. Ltd and directed by Isamu Imakake
