Ryan Seacrest is being sued over copyright infringement on Khloe Kardashian's reality show.
Music producer Jose Moreno has filed a $75,000 lawsuit against the 'American Idol' host and TV producer as well as E! parent company NBC Universal for allegedly using his music in the background of 'Khloe & Lamar' - which he produces - without permission.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Moreno's lawyers contend: "Ryan Seacrest Productions, NBC Universal ... intentionally edited substantial portions of Jose Moreno's copyrighted musical works into television programmes which were publicly performed on prominent cable channels and viewed by millions of people.
"Defendants did so with no licence from Jose Moreno, the sole copyright owner."
Moreno claims his music was used without consent in an episode of 'Khloe & Lamar' and another show, 'Bad Girls Club', which airs on another NBC Universal-owned network, Oxygen.
Ryan is also the creator of E!'s hit reality show 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians'.
The case will go to trial on December 2 2013.
The latest lawsuit comes just a year after Ryan's production company settled a $100,000 lawsuit filed by Kathy Salem, a participant on 'Shahs of Sunset' - described as a "Persian 'Jersey Shore'" - for allegedly painting her in a negative light on the show.
