Katy Perry loves to disguise herself and hand out free tickets to her concerts.
The 'Wide Awake' singer is a fitness fanatic, but finds it hard to work out while on tour, so gets exercise by riding her bicycle around the cities she is playing in incognito and surprising fans.
She said: "Constantly travelling can make it hard to exercise, but my favourite workout to do on tour is to ride around the town or city I'm visiting on my bike. I love to explore a new city in disguise and hand out tickets to my show."
Katy also likes to get on the exercise bike in the gym, and regularly attends a special spinning class where participants are motivated by music.
She added to Closer magazine: "I try to exercise three to four times a week and, on days when I'm not working, I do a really fun activity, like hiking. I also love soul cycling, which is a spin class with high energy coaching and fun, upbeat music."
