The 40th Joe-Pete limited over cricket encounter is scheduled for Saturday, 15th March 2014 at the R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. Adding colour to the event is the featured "Josephian Vehicle Parade" which will be organized by the batch of 2006 for the 3rd consecutive year. The batch is currently one of the most active groups in college and also features members such as the current national cricket captain Angelo Mathews. The previous edition of the parade showcased over 150 vehicles, which were colourfully decorated in the college colours of blue and white and also was flanked by a helicopter which circled the ground with the college flag.

A special award will be given away by the organizers this year for the best decorated vehicle to recognize the creative skills of Josephians taking part in the event. The parade together with the papare bands will leave the College premises at 8.00am on Saturday morning on a 10km journey through the heart of Colombo on its way to the R.Premadasa Stadium. All Josephians are invited to join the parade in their cars, vans and jeeps all decorated in Blue and White.
