Britain's Duchess Catherine has hinted she is expecting a baby girl.
The duchess - who is around 21 weeks pregnant with her first child and admitted she can feel it moving around inside her "very much" - dropped a major clue that she and Prince William are set to welcome a daughter in July.
After a well-wisher presented her with a white teddy bear during an official visit to Grimsby, north England on Tuesday (05.03.13) and she said: "Thank you, I will take that for my d... for my baby."
Sandra Cook, who was standing next to a woman who gave Kate the cuddly toy, said: "As she handed it over I distinctly heard Kate say, 'Thank you, I will take that for my d...' Then she stopped and corrected herself to say, '... for my baby'.
"When she shook hands with me I said, 'You nearly slipped up there, you were going to say daughter, weren't you?' She smiled and said, 'What do you mean? We don't know yet'.
"I teased her and said, 'Oh I think you do' - to which, still smiling, she replied, 'We're not telling.' I'm certain it's a girl. She wouldn't have said the D-word otherwise. After she said it, she was a little flustered."
A source told USMagazine.com that the royal couple recently learned the sex of their unborn first child "but they've only told their parents."
Queen Elizabeth previously confirmed that if the couple have a baby girl, she will receive a princess title and be referred to as Her Royal Highness.
During the visit, Catherine toured the National Fishing Heritage Centre and Peaks Lane Fire Station and officially opened Havelock Academy secondary school.
