Chris Pine is always crying.

The 'Star Trek Into Darkness' actor admitted he has a soft side and often bursts into tears at work, at his therapist's office and when watching movies such as 'Up' and 'The Notebook'.

He told Men's Health magazine: "I cry all the time--at work, at the shrink's. 'The Notebook' killed me. 'Up' destroyed me. 'Up ' was like the animated 'Amour'."

Chris, 32, also revealed he was a misfit in high school and still often feels out of place.

He said: "When you feel like an oddball, it never really leaves you. Even now, I'm better around people who are uncomfortable with themselves, the misfits."

Chris has previously admitted to being a "late bloomer" and has spoken out about his love of therapy.

He said: "I was a shy kid, a late bloomer. At 22, I was probably 16 emotionally.

"Therapy's like going to the gym. We have one shot at this life, and we have all these potentials and capabilities, so what I'm interested in is how can you live so that by the end, you've truly investigated yourself and lived life to the full?"
