The most extravagant package of all is dinner at one of the 4 romantic private cabanas by the poolside including complimentary overnight stay at the Hilton Colombo with breakfast, a gourmet 4 - course set menu for two inclusive of sparkling, caviar, fresh strawberries and cream. Couples can enjoy this dinner in the comfort of a private cabana whilst enjoying the best of food served by their very own personalized butler.

Alverta Imperial Royal Caviar served in an ice illusion as the starter followed by a duet of asparagus and wild mushroom cappuccino with Italian cold cuts and blue lagoon crab & shrimp  ravioli with anchovy, gorgonzola cream and for the main course prime lamb rump wellington with port jus, feta & mint stuffed chicken roulade with Foie gras face, earl gray jus, sun dried tomato & baked garlic crusted sea bass & prawn bisque sauce, truffle mash and buttered heart vegetables and for dessert spicy bourbon chocolate declination with glace curly wurly & macerated fruit pearls.

Spices will host a hearty buffet from 7pm to 1030pm and every lady will walk away with chocolates and a rose whilst Il Ponte will serve yet another Italian inspired buffet with tables of twos around the pool with live music and complimentary glass of sparkling, chocolate and roses for the lady. Spoons the contemporary, signature restaurant will serve a 4 course set menu inclusive of complimentary glass of sparkling and red rose and chocolates for all the ladies.
