The Boulevard is the newest café to hit Colombo’s dining scene. Serving delicious comfort food favourites such as tandoori chicken wrap, chicken burrito, masala vegetable roti wrap with cheese and waffles, the café is centred on a Broadway theme with its red plush sofas, vintage posters and eclectic furniture.

Panini sandwiches are a highlight on the menu in addition to the diverse range of desserts such as key lime pie, red velvet cake, baked and cold cheesecake, carrot cake, hot chocolate fudge pie, fruit tartlets, crème brulee and tiramisu.

Hot and cold coffee beverages dominate the first page of the drinks menu. Choose from an espresso, iced white chocolate mocha or a caramel macchiato. Healthy blends and fresh juices, whipped with different ingredients.

Thirst-quenching concoctions such as the Passion Paradise (passion fruit, mango juice, strawberries and orange sherbet), Pineapple Pleasure (pineapple juice, strawberries, bananas, pineapple sherbet and nonfat plain yoghurt) and the Mango Mango (mangoes, passion fruit, mango juice and pineapple sherbet) ought to be the perfect drink to sip on in this interminably hot weather.     

Mocktails are on the menu too such as the Fizz, Pomegranate Spritzer, Virgin Mary and the Classic Shirley Temple. Milkshake inventions such as the Double Strawberry Shake, Cinnamon Shake, Brownie Shake and the Peanut Butter Shake have got indulgent written all over them. Other items on the Shake Up Menu include Double Chocolate Malted, Oreo Shake and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Shake.

The Boulevard is located at 33, Queens Road, Colombo 03. They are open from 10.30AM-11PM.
