Thai food has always been a favorite cuisine amongst locals as well as foreigners who visit Sri Lanka.  The rich aroma and delicate spices all blended in perfect harmony giving sheer pleasure to any food connoisseur who loves good food. Hilton Colombo’s Spices restaurant together the Tourism Authority of Thailand will host a Thai food festival from the 15^th to the 23rd June during dinner.

Two guest Chefs flown in for the promotion courtesy Thai Airways together with a 16 member Thai cultural troupe will create a “Little Thailand” bringing true Thai hospitality to Sri Lanka. The food will do the talking during this promotion, from the famous Tom Yam Goon to Pad Thai, Kuay Tiew (noodle soup), chicken and cashew nuts, Mussaman curry with lamb, spicy minced squid salad and much more will be available to taste during the promotion.

To add more glamour to the promotion, the Thai cultural dance troupe will perform nightly with various kinds of musical instruments and dance acts. Thailand boasts a rich cultural history in music and the arts. The vibrant dancers display the elegance of an act of art refined over centuries.
