3 tbsp of melted butter

½ cup brown sugar

Method

First butter a medium sized baking dish and layer your fruit. In a separate bowl mix together butter, brown sugar, oatmeal flour and cinnamon.

Baking fruits for a long time destroys most of the nutrients. It's pointless to eat fruits just for the sake of eating fruits after they're ruined.

You should always eat fruits raw
