Hilton Colombo’s colonial style Echelon Pub will offer their patrons a “finger licking” culinary experience. Guests could enjoy a special menu of spareribs prepared in different flavours from 14^th to 31^st March.

Some of the highlights on the menu are the Tex-Mex ribs, smoked beef ribs with a lovely smoky flavor, Szechuan ribs and Thai ribs are just to name a few. They are all accompanied with crispy potato wedges. You can enjoy one or more of these sparerib dishes and wash it down with your favourite beverage at one of Colombo’s coolest hang outs.
