With the modern-day, fast-paced life, it is difficult to find time to sit down to dinner, or even worse, to cook a decent meal. People are increasingly relying on fast food and takeout meals, because it is the easiest way to fill your cravings after a long day.
However, renowned chef and gastronomic expert Koluu is keen to prove that anyone, even the busiest person can whip up a tasty and nutritious meal with the help of Cook Up 2012.
Koluu’s Cook Up, which has now become an annual event will come alive this June and July, giving those with a passion for cooking or a busy lifestyle, an opportunity to rub shoulders with the food master Koluu himself; as he teaches the art of easy meals, with a personal touch. The course will be presented over four sessions exploring different culinary varieties from salads, pasta, to seafood and poultry preparations.
Elephant House sausages will be re-launching a new, improved formula that will be introduced at Koluu’s classes. The extensive range of Elephant House sausages will be further enhanced in to easy to make tasty treats with the menu options Koluu will be introducing at Cook Up 2012.
Fresh, fun and easy ways will be presented to age-old Lankan favourites, with a twist of the celebrity Chef’s culinary expertise. “This year’s four day Cook Up will be entertaining and interactive for all those that attend. I am looking forward to enabling everyone that attends the Cook Up with the ability to create culinary magic in a simple step by step method”, said Koluu.
The cooking sessions will be held at “Lemon”. Furthermore, participants will be entitled for discounts at the fabulous restaurant.
