After four successful promotions during the last few months at the Echelon Pub, the Hilton Colombo is ready to tempt their “pub goers” with yet another feast and this time it’s with juicy, succulent kebabs with hearty accompaniments ideal to have as a quick lunch. From 1^st to 31^st of July the Kebab Feast will continue from 11am to Midnight.

A variety of novel kebabs such as Garlic & Dill marinated grilled sea bass & young leeks with spaghetti Arrabiata, buttered broccoli & saffron sauce, Cajun infused prawn, cuttle fish & sword fish with Mexican vegetable rice & spicy spring green sauce, Thai marinated Chicken & peppers with tamarind tossed vegetable pad Thai noodles with sweet chilli dip and for vegetarians Grilled mixed mushrooms & pesto marinated vegetables with bean ragout & potato wedges along with 3 more non vegetarian kebabs are available during the promotion.

The Echelon Pub is a Colonial style pub with wooden floors and a separate smoking area. Sport lovers could enjoy watching their favourite sport on the giant screen and enjoy the atmosphere.
