The menu presents Scaloppa di Salmone al Forno -Oven baked fresh salmon stuffed with roasted shallot & spinach, with grilled prawns on a bed of Sicilian vegetables,Filetto di Maiale -Marinated grilled pork fillet, gratin with tomato mozzarella and served with reduction of wine, Arrosto di Agnello -Herb crusted roast leg of lamb with rosemary sauce & Grigliata mista Carni-Mixed grilled lamb cutlet, chicken, pork & beef served with pepper and red wine.
