Easter celebrations are around the corner. The resurrection of Christ is celebrated magnificently all over the world. Hilton Colombo has always celebrated this special day by dishing out one of the best Easter brunches in Colombo.
This year, an extravagant Easter Brunch will happen on Easter Sunday, 31st March from 11am to 3pm. The buffet will include a complimentary glass of “bubbly” and each guest will receive a chocolate Easter egg as a giveaway.
Easter Brunch will have all the Easter trimmings from freshly baked breads, piping hot soups, varieties of cheese, succulent meats, fresh seafood and roast carvery. The sinful desserts prepared by Sri Lanka’s “Best Pastry Chef 2011” Stanley Perera will be another highlight for all dessert lovers. The team at the pastry kitchen will bake fresh hot cross buns for this blessed occasion.
The hotels’ pastry shop “Fine Things” will have handmade chocolate Easter Eggs, hot cross buns, Chocolate bunnies and cakes for sale from the 28th to 31st March.
